  • Dino - Managing Director

    Dino DiPierdomenico is a founding director of DMC and has more than 23 years experience in business. He is an expert in sports licensing, membership services and consumer promotions and has worked extensively in data base marketing production and technology. His ability to commercialise branding through licensing concepts has been a major focus and generated incremental client revenue as part of many large programs he has been involved with. Dino’s experience lies in being able to think outside the square utilising his vast, impressive international network he continually looks for new ideas and smarter ways. Dino is heavily involved with community initiatives, both local and international, as well as providing his time at board level for a number of not for profits and clubs.

  • Louise - CEO

    Louise is one of the founders of DMC Sport and has over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing and logistics. Louise oversees the global delivery of the DMC Sport solution, managing the Australia, New Zealand and UK businesses. Louise has a background in database marketing having worked with various clients in the automotive, financial, retail and sporting industries. Louise has spent many years playing and volunteering in community sport and is passionate in assisting Sporting bodies to drive growth in grassroots participation.

  • Chris – Commercial Manager UK

    Chris Dobson joined DMC Sport UK in 2017 after 3 years spent as the General Manager of Participation at Netball Australia, managing the successful NetSetGO junior program, Netball School Ambassadors, Fast 5, and the 2015 Netball World Cup ‘FanFest’. Prior to that he held various positions at the Australian Sports Commission in both Canberra and Melbourne, primarily focusing on increasing participation levels across a variety of major sporting codes. Chris now enjoys working with the UK National Governing Bodies, partners and suppliers to help them continue to deliver high quality sporting programs across the country. While immersing himself in the English sporting culture, he has kept a close eye on his beloved AFL team, the Melbourne Demons.

  • Charlotte - Operations Manager

    Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Business (Sports Management) and a double degree in Arts/Business (Management). Charlotte oversees the operations & logistics of all programs in Australia and New Zealand, including managing offshore merchandise and equipment sourcing and distribution to any of our warehouse locations around the globe. Additionally Charlotte oversees the building of online e-commerce platforms and online portals for DMC Sport’s clients from the initial design brief to implementation and training. Charlotte oversees the daily operations of all client programs to ensure their smooth operation and execution. Charlotte brings more than 13 years of customer service and office administration experience to the DMC Sport team, along with participation and administration experience in Netball and Basketball competitions. Charlotte is based in the DMC Sport head office which is located in Richmond, Victoria.

  • Lauren – Account Manager

    Lauren has over 10 years’ experience in client relations, across the fields of Corporate Event Management, Retail and Wholesale. Her experience spans across in women’s sports apparel, action Sports apparel and equipment and her strength is understanding the needs of clients and building strong business relationships. Lauren also has experience working within sporting clubs, as a committee member, coach and player across Australian Rules Football and Netball.

  • Tiarne - Account Manager UK

    Tiarne re-joined DMC Sport after 2 years working in the Melbourne office and recently moving to the UK. Tiarne holds a double degree in Sport Management and Exercise Science. She comes from a strong background in customer service and staff management, particularly in sporting events as well as venues and organized sport. Before joining DMC Sport, Tiarne held various roles at Fairfax Events contributing to the operations and delivery of their national sporting events, primarily focusing on the management of causal staff and athlete participation. Since moving to the UK, Tiarne has worked for the Marylebone Cricket Club at Lord’s Cricket Ground where she contributed to the management of catering staff for major cricket matches, as well as large scale events. Tiarne is the first point of contact at DMC Sport UK, managing the day-to-day operations and client services.

  • Lachie - Sales & Marketing Coordinator

    Lachie joined DMC Sport in 2016 after working in project delivery at the Alcohol & Drug Foundation and their Good Sports program. While at DMC Sport, he has gained experience in coordinating client accounts, customer service, sourcing, production and the delivery processes. In his current role, Lachie supports the Managing Director with business development, sales prospecting and coordinates our design and communications. An avid fan of the 76ers in the NBA and the Hawks in the AFL, his sporting knowledge is extensive and he is always full of fun facts & interesting stats.

  • Jayke – Account Coordinator

    Jayke Murray is the newest addition to DMC Sport. He has completed a double degree in Sport Management and Exercise Science at Deakin University, which included studying abroad in South Carolina, USA. Jayke’s passion for a career in sport sparked through events, where he was fortunate to travel nationally delivering mass participation sport events. From this, Jayke has worked with a number of State Sport Organisations focusing on fan engagement, community/grassroots participation and participant retention. Now at DMC Sport, Jayke offers administration assistance and manages both Australia and New Zealand based clients.

  • Jesse – Account Coordinator

    Jesse Travaglini has joined DMC Sport after having spent time at the AFL providing administration and customer service as a Coaching Support Officer. Jesse has extensive experience in customer service and retail, he holds a degree in Business Sport Management, including a major in Marketing. Jesse’s passion for sport in particular game development and participation has developed from his studies and from playing Australian Rules Football from a young age. Jesse is a keen sportsman competing in the GFL. In his role at DMC Sport, Jesse manages clients with a focus on their overall objectives, inventory management and online stores.

  • Eva – Administration Assistant

    In 2017 Eva joined our team bringing with her over 20 years of office administration experience. Eva has held various roles including Customer Service, Account Manager, Print management Coordinator and Operations Assistant. Eva is the first point of contact at DMC Sport taking care of customer enquiries and invoices.
